REVIVAL

[DNOW 2018]

In the past, we have had many opportunities to get away for a fall retreat, but this year we are changing it up a bit. We are beginning a brand new event called DNOW! With this change, we know you have many questions. Lets take a look at some of them:
You may be wondering what we mean when we say DNOW…. If you are unfamiliar with this term, you are not alone. DNOW simply stands for Disciple Now.

What is a DNOW?

You may be wondering what we mean when we say DNOW…. If you are unfamiliar with this term, you are not alone. DNOW simply stands for Disciple Now.

What do you do at DNOW?

There are several elements to a DNOW weekend: Worship, Bible Study, and Recreation. This atmosphere is created to take students to a deeper level in their relationship with Christ, and help them enjoy the fellowship of other believers.

Where do you go for DNOW?

DNOW functions like fall retreat, but it happens in our city! All of our worship services, some of our meals, and our recreation activities will take place at The Point Church South Raleigh. Then, students and their leaders will gather in host homes for small group bible studies, personal time with Jesus, and breakfast. Students will also sleep at those host homes.

How much does DNOW cost?

$50

Price includes meals, all activities, and a DNOW shirt.

Why REVIVAL?

REVIVAL said /rəˈvīvəl/- from revive- meaning “to live’ or “to live again”

Death to life. This is one of the major things that defines a Christian. Death to life. This is what Jesus has given for us. Death to life. When a person surrenders themselves to Jesus, they experience death to life. [REVIVAL. “To live again.”] We are all searching for something more. LIFE. The life you are looking for is a life surrendered to Christ! In Him is an abundant life!

REVIVAL focuses us on who Jesus Christ is and what He has done for us. REVIVAL leads us to action. It calls us to go. REVIVAL happens because of Jesus. Will you join us?
