We’ll keep things fresh and exciting – some nights we’ll have a service project for us to do, some nights we’ll have worship, some nights we’ll have a meal – we’ll keep you posted.

What’s Coming Up in College Point?
Welcome Back Sunday | August 16, 2026
- Join us at Point Church for Welcome Back Sunday! Service times are at , 8:15am, 9:45am and 11:15am. We’ll have a special welcome table in the lobby where college students and young adults can grab some Krispy Kreme donuts and meet our team. We’ll also be hosting a Point College & Young Adults Luncheon after each service — a free meal where you can meet others in your stage of life and connect with some great people from the church who are excited to welcome you! No need to register, just come hungry!
College & Young Adult Night – Partee Shack | August 20, 2026
- We want to start out the new school year the right way, with an opportunity to have fun and hang out with your people! We’re going to Partee Shack in Raleigh together for a night of mini-golf like you’ve never seen. Each hole has challenges featuring twists like a zipline, shuffleboard, cornhole, a full-size foosball table, and even a school bus! This event is completely free! We want to make this event as easy to say yes to as possible. Don’t let logistics get in the way! If you need a ride, let us know in your registration and we’ll make sure one of our leaders gets you there and back. Don’t worry, they’re great drivers!

The First Gathering | August 27, 2026
- We’re meeting every week for Gatherings starting on Thursday, August 27. Don’t miss the first one! We’ll have a time of community over coffee, with an icebreaker or two to make sure everyone knows each other, then we’ll dive into Scripture together in separate guys and girls groups. This is your place to belong, do life with others your age, and grow closer to Christ in community.

Be Part of Reaching College Students for Christ
CYA is our ministry to college students and young adults in the Triangle — and this fall, we’re stepping into an exciting new chapter. We’re back on campus at NC State as an official student organization, and we’re relaunching College Point with a renewed vision to reach the next generation with the hope of Jesus.
But we can’t do it alone.
The most strategic time to connect with students is at the very beginning of the semester — during Wolfpack Welcome Week — and we need your help to make a big impact. Whether you’re willing to help students move in, cook a meal, greet students at an event, or hand out donuts with a smile, there’s a role for you.
Let’s welcome students into our church family and help them find a place to belong.
About Point Church
Point Church started in 2010 right across from NC State in Mission Valley Theater. We love college students and they were a key part of our community for several years. While we met in Mission Valley, we were known at NC State as the church you could walk to. We hosted on campus Life Groups as well as many off campus events such as fall and spring retreats. The church quickly expanded across the Triangle with multiple locations and our vital college community dwindled when we moved out of Mission Valley. But, now is a new time! We are ready to relaunch College Point and connect with students as a church near Raleigh, Wake Tech and NC State! We have a permanent location in Cary, just a few miles from NC State. We look forward to relaunching Life Groups this year and continuing to reach college students for Jesus.
